It has the characteristics of large magnetic permeability, strong suction, dust, rain, corrosion resistance, etc., and can still operate reliably in extremely harsh environments. Its main performance indicators are up to or higher than JB/T7689-95 standard requirements, the product can remove 0.1-35 kg of ferromagnetic substances mixed in non-magnetic materials.

Performance Advantages
1. The iron core (that is, the electromagnet part) is made of double glass wire coated electromagnetic wire winding, F class insulation, high temperature resistant double glass coated electromagnetic wire winding, the use of advanced insulation treatment technology, to ensure that it does not age in a long time. The unique magnetic circuit designed by using advanced computer simulation means and experimental results has the advantages of deep magnetic penetration, strong magnetic force and high magnetic field gradient, overcomes the defects of similar products' structure, expands the yoke area by about 36% and increases the heat dissipation area of the yoke; The U-shaped heat sink can enhance the heat dissipation effect of the iron remover, effectively control the temperature rise of the iron remover, and improve the magnetic induction intensity of the iron remover.
4. In the design of electromagnetic iron remover, the use of multi-layer winding plus heat fin heat dissipation structure, so that the heat dissipation area is increased to 6 to 7 times the traditional way, greatly reduce the temperature rise and core surface temperature, so that the iron remover cold and hot performance difference is reduced to a minimum, and effectively play a flame retardant role.
