Working Principle
Drying machine equipped with the internal structure of combined-type shovelling plate, it has the self cleaning function. When wet materials into the dry containers, the high humidity materials were shovelled by the shovelling plates to the top then fallen down, produces movement along the combination shovelling plate while roller body of dryer was rolling. Materials on the surface of roller wall and shovelling plate were cleaned up automatic; they do not need to add the extra power unit, effectively overcome the wall scab, sticking, and shortage of producing large blocks of the materials. During the process of up and down again and again of material, contacts with hot air fully, completes the heat transfer, mass transfer, and realizes the drying process.

Structure Feature

This dryer mainly has the component such as roller body, big gear ring, small gear, underroller, catch wheel, belt, and axle of under roller. The motor transmits the triangle belt, through double reduction by reducer, drives the big gear by small gear, and makes the roller body rolling as designing speed, thus drying materials equably in roller body.
