Product Description

1.Principle of linear dewatering screen:
It adopts double motor self-synchronous technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator. It mainly consists of screen box, shaker, support system and motor. Through the tape coupling respectively drive two mutually unrelated vibrators for synchronous reverse operation, the centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric mass along the vibration direction of the superposition of the centrifugal force, reverse centrifugal offset, thus forming a single vibration along the vibration direction of the vibration excitation, so that the screen box to do for the reciprocating straight-line movement, so as to form the dewatering, desliming and recycling process.
